If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product is unopened and unused. Refunds for services rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis, such as the nature of the service and reason for disatisfaction.

If a client arrives late for their appointment, every effort will be made to accommodate them within the remaining time slot, but this may not always be possible. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, their appointment may need to be rescheduled, subject to availability. More than 15 minutes late could result in a cancellation fee.

If you need to change your existing appointment, you may do so by logging into the Patient Dashboard or you can contact our office directly for rescheduling information. Please note, if your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $250 per our Cancellation Policy.
